Quantities up to you.

  • Spinach leaves
  • Diced, roasted sweet potato
  • Coriander
  • Feta cubes
  • Mixed seeds if you like them
  • Dressing – olive oil, sea salt, coriander all pestled and mortared and put on at the last minute.

Toss together – lovely.
