Very vaguely related.  Made it experimentally for the 125ers.  Tastes good.

  • rainbow coloured chard or normal chard, kale, spinach etc
  • bacon offcuts or lardons or ham pieces fried at high heat to crunch up
  • diced, roasted sweet potato or normal potato or squash/pumpkin
  • mixed seeds if you like
  • lots of coriander, olive oil and sea salt crushed for dressing – go easy on salt as bacon has lots already


Throw it all together in the bacony frying pan and leave for a few minutes for the greens to wilt.  Mix in dressing.  Delicious.
